Looking for Piano Keyboard Player

We're a start up band looking for a Piano / Keyboard Player. Currently we're 2 guitars, bass, & drums. We can all sing pretty well. The music will be mostly originals. We want to find musicians who are open to exploring different types of music, and who are open to experimenting. We want everyone to take part in the song making. We want to get to the point where we're recording and playing live, but we aren't there yet. Our taste span a lot of styles of music. We want to play stuff that sounds like us, but that also pulls on a lot of different influences. Between us were into Rock, Blues, Jazz, Funk, Reggae, Prog and lots inbetween. We'd like to find a keyboard player who can hold his own in a variety of genres, and can also learn and keep up with written composition. Someone who can comp chords and take solos. Some theory would be a plus.
