Need 25ft Sailboat moved / towed

Need someone to either tow or just move a 25ft sailboat that is anchored mooring by Dunedin Marina. It has drifted and needs to be moved a few hundred yards and re anchored. Ideally it needs to be towed to a mooring spot in Madeira beach by the Tom Stuart causeway, but I realize that is going to cost a small fortune, so I just really need help getting it closer to shore and anchored. Please help!! My disabled mother lives on it and it is too far for her to kayak back and forth. Thank you!
