We are currently looking for a part time Grounds Keeper/Landscaper on a subcontractor basis. $15-$16 per hour, 20-25 hours per week. Monday-Friday (3-4 days a week) Schedule is flexible. We pay with a check every 2 weeks.
Job duties will consist of:
Picking up trash off the grounds, dumping trash containers located in the common areas, maintaining pet stations
doing irrigation checks, fixing sprinkler heads and minor irrigation repairs, reporting major repairs to the Property Manager, Removing dead plants and installing new plants, Blowing the property and bagging up leaves, striping the parking lot/curbs changing out exterior light bulbs.
