Need Back yard Weed wacked, Handraked, and Mowed. Most of yard is dirt

Hi, I need my backyard weed wacked, hand raked, and mowed. The yard is mostly dirt. There is grass mostly along my house, patio and wall. The grass is a little bit here and there in the middle of the yard. It can all be weed wacked if you don't want to mow. Looking for the yard to be handraked. There is dried dog doo.
