Description
Job Description: Perform the daily drop of all slot machines and table games in the casino. Will remove the bill validators from the machines and replace with an empty one. Job Requirements: • Pick up and replace the bill validation boxes from all slot machines on the casino floor. • Wheel the carts with the validation boxes away to be counted. • Accurately log/count and maintain all count sheets reports. • Enter count information into the computer systems to be forwarded to. • Must be able to work independently and unsupervised. • Thorough knowledge of applicable Company and departmental policies and procedures as well as the willingness to learn and follow any policy or procedure that may be introduced in the future. • Maintain an open line of communication with Management. • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with guest, fellow team members, and vendors. • Ability to accept performance feedback in a professional manner. • Other duties as assigned. Education and Experience: • High School Diploma or GED. Additional Requirements: • Must be 21 years of age or older. • Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust. • The ability to successfully interact with all levels of team members and management. • Good verbal and written communication skills. • You will need to have some basic computer and math skills. • Previous experience in handling cash preferred. • Ability to use a 10 key and basic computer skills. • Basic knowledge of S.D.S, or Casino Market Place is a plus. • Must be flexible and able to work early mornings and weekends. • Respond to common inquiries and/or complaints from guest. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Required Work Cards: • Must be registered with the Gaming Control Board Machinery, Work Equipment, Programs, Software, Hardware Used: • None Physical Requirements of Job Rarely – the activity is performed from 1% - 25% of the duration of the shift. Occasionally – the activity is performed from 26% - 50% of the duration of the shift. Frequently – the activity is performed from 51% - 75% of the duration of the shift. Continuously - the activity is performed from 76% - 100% of the duration of the shift.
