This is a direct hire job. Job Duties : The employee will be responsible for assisting the the assembly of electric vehicles. This is an assembly line style job where the employee is responsible to build a specify component or section of the vehicle. This is a repetitive job and physical job with constant use of hand,fingers and wrists. The employee will be trained on this hands on position. No experience required. This is a moderate to fast paced production based position. Must be comfortable with doing repetitive labor based work. Shifts are 12 hours long and must be on feet for entirety of shift. Requirements: -Must Have a Valid Non Expired ID -Must Have an updated resume -Must have a computer or smartphone with the ZOOM app downloaded -Must have access to internet connection for hiring process -Able to clear a Drug Test ( Marijuana-ok) -Able to clear a 7 year criminal background -Reliable Transportation even if using the shuttle for work. -Able to Work 12 hour shifts -Able to stand on feet for entire shift -Must be able to physically pick up, lift and carry up to 35 pounds continuously -This a moderate to fast pace environment. Working 4 days one week and 3 days the next. Then back to 4 etc. Examples below Day Shift A : Sunday To Wednesday with every other Wednesday off 6am to 6pm Day Shift B: Wednesday to Saturday with every other Wednesday off 6am to 6pm Night Shift C: Saturday to Tuesday with every other Saturday off 6pm to 6am Night Shift D: Wednesday to Saturday with every other Saturday off. 6pm to 6am Job Location : Fremont,CA. Shuttles Available after completing Second day of work. Must be able to drive to Fremont at least two times before getting access to the shuttle.
