I have a ~four month old ferret named Seal that I bought at a Petco in Springfield about a month ago. They said his birthday is June 12th, 2022. He's very little, potentially the runt. I did all the research before hand and spent time with the ferret in store before purchasing to make sure it was a good fit. Everyone says ferrets smell bad, but they really just smell like dogs. It's what comes out of the ferret that smells, and I just can't do it anymore. I love my buddy, I thought I knew what I was getting into, it just isn't going to work. He deserves more time outside of his cage as well. He's super adorable, he doesn't bite/is NOT a nibbler. He's honestly the best mannered ferret imo. He hasn't learned litter training but is young and smart. He loves to climb and jump around. Rehoming him and the three level cage with a $150 rehoming fee. He was $300 at petco and the cage was somewhere between $100-$200, so this is a steal. Idk if petco does any vet related stuff before selling a ferret, I personally have not taken him to the vet yet. Seriously though he's a little angel and deserves the world. I will meet up at a local business near the police station in Sullivan, Missouri if you would like to get Seal. Email with any questions.
