Hi, We have multiple (about 8-10) shovel ready projects, some of which we'd like to get completed ideally before the really cold weather kicks in. All have a nice detailed scope description and documents organized to get started, and the prices listed are what we are prepared to pay. If you can stand on your own with your own tools, knowledge, and transportation - please reach out. We want good people that are hungry for work. Bigger picture, and more longer term, we need folks that are superior at their written communication skills and administrative skills for these projects, that can get detailed documentation / takeoff information on the front end of our projects, and manage the execution of the work - as well. We have a role set up for the right person/fit to discuss compensation more broadly for this, too. Please reach out and let me know more about you and your availability. The nature of the more immediate needs involve: Landscaping/Curb Appeal Projects Carpentry (Stair, Fence Rebuilds) Punch list / Handyman items from Rental Inspections Siding Projects A couple things on the admin side, to get things out in the open. For all these projects, payment will be paid upon completion, within 48 hours of completion (including documentation of quality work product). Payment will be paid through Venmo. This is 1099 work. Working outside the defined scope of work (written down) involves working at risk. Any thing that comes up outside of our written scope of work needs to be written down and approved through our process for work to be compensated. This process protects all parties involved.
