https://gould4jail.wixsite.com/gould4jail Lincoln Town Administrator, Mr Gould confesses to the accusations by the Massachusetts State Police of breaking the law. Mr Gould was speeding at ~88 miles per hour on the I-95, without a seat belt and with an expired inspection certificate when he recklessly swerved his SUV at 11 PM (REF- MA State Police Report) after Mr Gould confessed to have intentionally removed his seat belt in order to reached into the back seat of his car and taking his eyes off the road (REF- Mr Gould Facebook Statement). Mr Gould’s confessed reckless driving after a 'charity event' caused a devastating car accident where he was ejected from his car and his car ended up on the opposite side of the I-95, endangering the lives of himself and the public and closing the highway for 2.5 hours (REF: Sun Chronicle Article). Despite being marked ‘Pending Court’ by the Massachusetts State Troopers, and involving a serving Lincoln Police officer who enforces these very laws; there was no legal or disciplinary consequences for his reckless behavior on record. The District Court and the Bristol County District Attorney have no record of being provided the police reports or of prosecuting the case. The legally-required crash report is also missing (M.G.L. Chp. 90, Sec. 26). Any citizen who is not corruptly placed above the law would automatically have faced the consequences of such outrageous violations in a court of law. A police officer tasked with upholding the very laws he was breaking should not have been able to evade the court system. The MA State Police, FBI and Department of Justice are assessing these facts in order to substantiate allegations of Obstruction of Justice.
