Smaller clinic in Suntree and larger clinc in Melbourne. Subcontractor can service one or both if qualified. Must have a minimum of 2-3 person staff on location. Medical clinic space: Cleaning is performed Monday-Friday after 6pm. Friday start is 5pm. Hard surface floors. Sweeping/mopping, vacuuming carpets, restroom cleaning, trash removal, sanitizing desks, counters, high touch areas, dusting, entrance door glass. Subcontractor must provide the equipment and cleaning supplies needed for the job. Candidate must also have a current business license, liability insurance ($2,000,000), and worker's comp or exemption. Only reply if you are experienced with commercial medical cleaning, have equipment that is required to complete this type of work, and can provide required documents. Experience is Required!
