Maintenance Technician I Lutheran Social Services of Central Ohio is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician I in Columbus, Ohio. LSS Affordable Housing offers reliable and affordable apartments to more than 1,000 seniors throughout Ohio at 21 sites. REQUIREMENTS for a Maintenance Technician with Lutheran Social Services: High School Diploma or GED required Some college or vocational training, preferred 2-4 years of previous maintenance experience required Experience dealing with homeless, low income, and diverse clients, preferred Knowledge of grounds and facility maintenance Basic skills in carpentry, plumbing and electrical Customer services skills.
