Seeking experienced handyman that has time to do this 1-2 day job. Have two things: 1) Old natural gas water heater needs replacing ASAP. Job entails: - visit site (near Peak to Peak school) - go to Lowes 1 mile away to buy new water heater - bring back and install - test and validate all well (pilot lit, works, hot water) 2) Building extension leaks where added, at roof. (about 20 ft flashing) - visit site. - design basic fix to stop the leaking - does not have to be beautiful (as on roof - but does have to work) CAN START TODAY - please call.
