Well pump removal - pull up 80' motor and replace

I have a well on my property and the pump down in the well needs to be replaced. It is drawing 30 amps on startup. I need someone who can pull the old pump out, tell me what new pump I need to have so that I can purchase it, and install the new pump for me.
