Looking for an experienced, artisan-like mason team to handle a major backyard flagstone project. I prefer to work directly with the masons as I am trying to build contacts for future house flipping venture. The right team will be is easy to work, efficient with attention to detail. I pay in cash and will cover material cost exclusive of blades or tools. Cement mixer and all stone on site. I will invite 3 candidates for onsite visit and confirmation of measurements before selecting final. I am open to dividing the project for those with the skills but looking for a smaller project. The project consist of wet setting ½” to 1” blue flagstone over a concrete base (some of which has been partially poured) in several areas. 1. Pool house area bilevel area (sq feet 324). 2. Garden entrance. (sq ft 100) 3. Picnic table seating circular area. Sq footage: sq ft xx) If interested and meet the qualifications, please provide the following in your reply email: 1. Qualifications level and experienced. 2. Availability to start project and projected time frame to complete each portion of project. 3. Photos of your prior work samples of flagstone installation. 4. Location relative to Yorba Linda as long commuter tend not to show. 5. Wage demand on a either an hourly, daily or my preferred at this time--bid basis. I am not looking for the lowest cost mason although price matters. Instead I want a reliable, easy going and flexible person that is punctual, skilled and fast. I am not really interested in contracting with a company since I want to build a relationship with a mason for my multiple future projects. Than
