Housekeeper Work hours are not guaranteed per month, but your schedule will be given to you a month ahead of time. unless otherwise requested. We offer bonuses every month. Part Time: $1,500 - $2,500 + /Full Time: $3,500+ /Hourly Rate: $25/Hour Job Description We are a small family business that runs a few rental properties in of Arcadia, Pasadena, Monterey Park, and nearby cities. We are looking for an English Speaking Full Time/Part Time/Contractor. Housekeeper to clean our properties in a timely manner. You will need your own source of reliable transportation, and we will provide all cleaning supplies. Your schedule is required to be flexible and may be able to work on weekends and holidays. Cleaner Job Responsibilities: - Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around our properties. - Cleans floors and rooms. including: damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows. - Cleans bathrooms, including restocking toilet paper and dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, removing hair from showers, and cleaning toilets. - Sets up, stocks, and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies. - Monitors and maintains sanitation and organization of the house in general. - Wash and dry dirty linens and towels with on-site washer and dryer, and fold them up in storage. - Makes beds with clean linens, and restock clean towels in bedrooms. - Bleaches linens and towels when necessary. - Washes and dries dishes, replaces them back to their - Cabinets, and maintains overall kitchen cleanliness including but not limited to: microwave, refrigerator, range hood, stove, cabinets, and all surfaces. - Performs additional duties as needed. - Locks up storage when finished cleaning. - Inventory control —> communicates with us what cleaning supplies are needed for replacement. Housekeeper Qualifications / Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities Highly responsible & reliable Ability to work cohesively as part of a team or individually Valid driver’s license
