Wellness Pop Up | Yoga & Transformational Breathwork WorkshopJoin us Friday, Jan 22nd from 530-830 PM at BioModern Health for a "reset & recharge" workshop. What a more perfect time to give yourself a break to practice some MAJOR stress relief, self care & self love! THERE WILL BE LIMITED SPOTS AVAILABLE FOR THIS WORKSHOP. TEMPERATURES WILL BE TAKEN UPON ENTERING. Kendyl will be guiding you through a "yin yoga flow" to get you grounded, centered, and ready to receive all of the goodness that Ben has to provide. Breath Work Master, Ben Holt will be leading you and the fellow attendees through a journey consisting of transformational breath work, grounding meditation and a healing sound bath. This event is for all levels. BONUS: We will be having special guest speaker, Dr. Brett Gschwend who will be teaching you the importance of the breath & intentional movement when working with the mind, nervous system, and emotional body. Each attendee will spend 3 hours experiencing and learning about the incredible healing benefits of yoga, breath work and sound healing. Leaving the workshop you will feel empowered, balanced, light and at peace with practical tools and techniques you can use on your own. There will be mineral infused alkaline water & light snacks provided afterwards.
