Tortoise found on October 19th in the 22300 blk of Criswell in Canoga Park. Nearest major cross streets Shoup/Vanowen. Currently at LA City West Valley Shelter. Desert tortoises "hibernate" over the winter and the time for that is fast approaching. If this is your tortoise, contact the shelter right away. You will need to be able to identify him as yours.
