These are on call positions throughout the winter with one being a direct report site and one a route position. The route position will require a Drivers License with no DUI or multiple tickets to ensure we can insure you. We are seeking experienced and reliable operators for the upcoming snow season. You will be responsible for either one on-site location and report direct to site during events or a route position with 3-4 sites. You will operate low hour and well-maintained equipment and always have the materials and support needed. We also will provide detailed training pre-season to ensure comfort of responsibility. DESCRIPTION Skid Steer Operators will operate newer state of the art and well-maintained equipment with brand new pusher and route truck and equipment is brand new. Arrival onsite at the directed time and availability for the entire duration of the storm is a must. Job Duties:  Communicate regularly with the Manager and report to site as directed.  Visually inspect equipment, including pusher and attachment.  Safely and efficiently operate equipment to clear site, according to the plow map.  Perform equipment maintenance as requested (greasing machines, cleaning windshields, etc.). POSITION REQUIREMENTS  2+ years of operating experience  Knowledge of site equipment used for snow removal  Has transportation to and from site  Available 24/7 as weather demands COMPENSATION  $30 - $35 Hr + Bonus Monthly and seasonaly  Bi - Weekly $75 for 1 Hr report when no snow  Safety bonus End of Season  Attendance Bonus
