Description

My dog jumped out of my car when I was turning onto Fiesta lane from Bellevue. His name is Kevin. He’s a 4 year old tan and white shiba inu with scarring from a previous owner on his right side. One looks like a heart. He had a green harness and leash on, as well a a teal orange and black patterned collar but no tags.
