RAV4 and Jeep Wrangler accident

In the end of June a drunk guy with headlights off driving fast down Powell going west rear ended a lifted Jeep Wrangler. The Jeep wrangler was stopped for pedestrians crossing in a crosswalk around 230am on or about 130Th going west of Powell when a drunk guy driving a newer Toyota RAV4 smashed into the back of the Jeep Wrangler. He is now claiming that he was hurt and wants money for his medical expenses saying the Jeep was at fault by hitting the rav4 in a apparent intersection which is very untrue. If anyone seen this I would really appreciate you’re help stating what you witnessed to help clear up with my insurance company on what really happened.
