Sign-in starts at 6:30pm. Panel starts at 7:00pm. Tickets/receipt required for entrance. No refunds or credits will be offered in the event you are unable to attend. No admission after the panel has begun. Victims Impact Panel of Oklahoma, Inc. (VIP), is the original and court-recognized victim impact panel serving Oklahoma since 1989 and conducts its programs in compliance with Title 22 Oklahoma Statutes Section 991a(H)(3).
