We are happy to say now that for 5 years we have been encouraging people to take charge of their cardiovascular health by means of RunTeam. Over the years countless runners have engaged in our various routes, from 1 mile even up to 6 miles. Last year was the first year we took our RunTeam to new heights, running throughout the entire year, making it past the fall breezes in wintry runs that challenged up. We’re able to do all of this with the amazing community that has formed. Last year we hosted our first 10K as an opportunity to celebrate the accomplishments of RunTeam and we’re back this year to celebrate, commentate and give you an opportunity to push your limits! WHO'S READY?!
