The evening will feature meet and greets with the Dryland Vail team, a seminar by our incredible nutrition specialist, Christine Pierangeli (CMNT - Certified Master Nutrition Therapist) about the healthy habits that will get you through the winter season, a yoga class, free mini-massage and facial appointments, and more. All of our recovery modalities (salt lounge, steam room, dry sauna, hot tubs, cold plunge, compressive and percussive therapy) will be available for use, so pack comfortable clothing and a swimsuit!
