Its work creates space for people to connect, develop their skills, and grow through food. Culinary Concepts AB works with public and private organizations to develop custom programs that leverage the culinary arts to teach occupational and life-changing soft skills. Through this lens, CCAB helps individuals and teams understand the contribution needed to build a future for themselves and establish strong relationships around them. Following that mission and in celebration of the new series, CCAB, the Charlottesville Albemarle Convention and Visitors Bureau and award-winning Discover Black Cville will host a watch party for the first episode on November 15 at Vinegar Hill Theater. Starting at 5:30, Chef Brinson will moderate the panel of local changemakers. Just as Culinary Concepts creates space for connection, growth, and success in the kitchen, this panel is laying the stage to create space for connection, growth, and success in our community. After the showing, the audience will be able to ask questions in a live Q&A and join the panelists in moving their collaboration forward. Chef Brinson and the participating panelists commit to meeting monthly after this initial event to ensure that their organizations and networks continue to focus on collaboration and making substantial change in the community. We hope you’ll join us in creating space.
