On Feb 4, 2023 Team WNY Weightlifting is happy to announce that we are running the Olympic Lifting portion of the 2023 Mayhem Supertotal Weekend. The event will be hosted by/held at MNY Strength and Conditioning.
All competitors must have current USAW membership and show proof of that upon weigh ins. All athlete will receive a voucher for food from Barrel and Brine, who will be on location all weekend, as well as a T Shirt. Shirts will be Unisex, please order size accordingly.
Please keep in mind that your openers the day of the comp MUST be no more than 20 Kg below your entry total. Please list entry total accordingly.
The schedule will be released by Sun January 22nd..
