Description
I am fostering this sweet and spunky bunny, Magnolia, and she is available for adoption. She is about 9 months old and is likely an angora/mini lop mix.
Magnolia enjoys flipping toilet paper rolls around her pen, eating fresh greens & herbs, and sitting in your lap getting pet. She is such a cuddle bug and I think she would love to be someone's resident emotional support animal, watching TV with you on your couch while snacking on mint leaves and getting her fur pet.
She is litter box trained and looking for the indoor house bunny lifestyle. Magnolia is currently housed in an Xpen set-up with a litter box, water bowl, and a bed with an upside down cardboard box [cave] on top of it. She eats timothy hay, oxbow pellets, and certain types of fresh leafy greens and flowers.
Magnolia has been looked over by a vet and has gotten her first shot of the RHDV2 Rabbit Vaccine and will get her 2nd dose November 15th, during her spay surgery.
This sweet bun will need a daily session of bunny beauty shop, while you both watch your nightly episode of Jeopardy, as that gorgeous hair will need brushed out to prevent tangles. Her previous owner did not realize this, so the mats in her fur will be trimmed during her upcoming spay appointment. The benefit to this type of fur, is that there is less shedding during a cuddle sesh, than what you typically would experience with rabbits....and that's just because the shed hair needs to be brushed out, rather than it falling out.
She may be adopted before her November 15th appt or after. Either way, the cost will be covered by Ember's Wildflower Animal Sanctuary & Bunny Rescue. [If you go to their website, you will see her listed as Daphne]
