Join us at the Harpoon Brewery Taproom and Beer Garden in Windsor, VT on Wednesday, November 16th from 6:30PM - 9:30PM for a Farm to Brewery Beer Dinner with Jasper Hill Farms and Blake Hill. Tickets are $100 per person (+ Eventbrite fees) and include a five course meal with 4 beer pairings. Beer Dinner Menu Appetizer Jasper Hill Farms and Blake Hill Welcome Cheese Board: 3 distinct cheeses, 3 unique accompaniments from our neighbors at Blake Hill First Course Denver steak with local root vegetables and wild mushrooms served with French bread topped with Harbison and bone marrow, paired with Harpoon Flannel Friday Second Course Braised short rib sandwich on artisan thick cut bread with scorched onion, steakhouse kewpie mayo, tempura broccolini and Alpha Tolman cheddar, paired with Clown Shoes Rainbows are Real Third Course Baseball sirloin with Bayley Hazen blue cheese sauce and a baby green salad with heirloom cherry tomatoes, horseradish pickled beets and lardons tossed in peach vinaigrette, paired with Harpoon Munich Dark Dessert Course Barrel Aged Porter Dark Chocolate Mousse Presented by Harpoon Head Chef Shay Doucet and Head Brewer Ryan Thompson 21+, tickets are non-refundable
