The Merrimack Public Library welcomes Amanda Bryan for an evening of mindfulness to ground ourselves as we head into the holiday season. Please join us with Ms. Bryan for some gentle movement and meditation with a focus on gratitude. This program will include 30 minutes of yoga and gentle movement, 30 minutes of meditation, and a 30-minute Q&A.
Amanda holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of New Hampshire and is a trained Reiki Master, a 200-hour trained Yoga Teacher, and a National Board Certified Massage Therapist.
