Brelie Gear Company in Waukesha has an opening in their Gear Hobbing department for a Machine Operator. We are looking for someone that is reliable and motivated to join our team. Previous manufacturing is a plus but not required. This is a part OR full-time position. We are open from 6:00am until 3:30pm Monday thru Thursday and 6:00am until noon on Friday. Starting and ending times are flexible for those who prefer part-time. Pay range $14.00 - $16.00 per hour based on experience. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: Loading and unloading small parts from machines Deburring and sanding parts Capping parts for shipment Maintaining a clean shop environment in our brand new climate controlled facility Assisting in other areas of the shop as needed Qualifications that we require: Must be punctual and willing to work scheduled hours Willing and able to follow directions and not afraid to ask questions Can focus on a task without distraction – cell phones are not allowed on the shop floor Able to stand for most of your shift Basic math skills Be willing to learn and perform a variety of duties in different areas of the shop Benefits for Full-time Employees: 401(k) Retirement Plan Health and Dental Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off Paid Holidays To apply please reply to this ad with your resume or detailed work experience and contact information.
