This seminar is for admission to the Western District of Texas and a practice refresher for previously admitted attorneys. Thursday, November 10, 2022 – LIVE! This popular seminar hosted by the San Antonio Chapter of the FBA satisfies one of the requirements for admission to practice in the Western District of Texas. It also provides previously-admitted lawyers with a refresher and valuable CLE credits. This seminar addresses nine substantive topics pertinent to federal practice. San Antonio judges and prominent attorneys present all instruction. Questions during the seminar are welcome and encouraged. Among other things, the Court’s Admission Committee requires a written application for admission to practice before the Court, supported by specified materials, and an admissions fee paid to the District Clerk.
