What will these workouts entail?
The workouts will be HIIT, meaning high intensity interval training. There will be 6 total different exercises to go through. Participants will do the exercise for 40 seconds then rest for 20 seconds before going to the next, the 6 exercises will be done a total of 3 times.
Including warm-up the classes should take 45 minutes total.
