Vision Boarding with a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Life Coach is AMAZING! This Vision Board Event is hosted by the owner of Essential Connections Consulting & Wellness Services, LLC and Essential Connections Wellness Services, PLLC, Ms. Niesha White, MA NC-LCMHC, SC-LPC. Come Join me in creating your Vision for 2023 and Beyond! This event will be held on 1/14/2023 at 2:22pm in Downtown Salisbury, NC. This event will start with a 10 minute guided medication and relaxation to get everyone in the headspace and mood for visioning. This will be an opportunity for you to unwind and place the energy into you! Remember you cannot pour from an empty cup and vision is needed to push through these difficult times. All poster board, scissors, and some magazines provided at the event. You are encouraged to bring your own magazines to place your own spark in your vision. Light Refreshments will be available.
