Would you like to know the Pavek Museum in a deeper way? Show it off to visitors? Help preserve and present the history of electronic communication? Inspire a love of history, science, and learning in the next generation? The Pavek Museum has volunteer opportunities that may appeal to you! Come on December 6th to learn about volunteer roles: guest ambassador, children’s program leader, tour guide, or behind-the-scenes collections volunteer. Drop in to our recruiting session for conversations with current volunteers and staff about volunteer opportunities and to tell us what interests you. You’ll also learn about the training and benefits we provide to volunteers. The informational event takes place at the Pavek Museum, 3517 Raleigh Avenue in St. Louis Park, where you’ll find easy parking in our lot and on the street. We’ll serve refreshments at the recruiting session, held from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. The event is free with your RSVP by December 6 or by calling Gwendolen Nystrom, CVA, Executive Director, at 952-926-8198.
