Rat terrier rehome

I have a small 10lb, 6 yr old black and white rat terrier/chihuahua mix who would fit best as the only pet and with no kids. Low noise home but very active might be a good fit. She loves to explore and run, has a lot of potential. Very food motivated. can get food aggressive and is very insecure around other animals especially bigger dogs. I don’t put the time to socialize/ train her and take her on walks and I’m hoping to find someone who will before she gets too old to enjoy herself because she is full of energy and affection (she likes cuddling ) -just needs the right one to bond with and unfortunately I don’t think that person is me. Only serious inquiries! Small rehome fee. In no rush.
