Needing to rehome dog

Greetings, so my son is not taking care of his dog and he is neglecting her needs. Won't play won't run won't even take her when she asks to go pee... I am looking for a good home for her, she's great with kids, does okay with cats. She's pawsy when she gets excited, she does not do so well with other female dogs. She's too freaking smart... she open doors and will let herself out when she wants to. She just turned 6, is fixed, She's a little overweight right now. German Shepard.
