There is a better way that the Delaware Division of Professional Regulation (DDPR) provides help complaints about healthcare, specially operations (in or out patient treatment) or any high risk occasion, use a camera with voice recording, the recording belongs to the patient. Who would accept medical treatment if the person has been lied to by health care experts. Who would trust health care officials, if they are allowed to lie? I have spoken to Jeff Christ (he says he is the manager of all the DDPR and the Delaware State Board of Nursing (DSBN) both answer to him, he says) who still refuses to allow access to the director, Dr. Pam Zickafoofe ). The 1st call with Jeff Christ, he hung up on me, refusing to hear the most serious part of my complaint. I phoned to speak with Dr. Pam Zickafoofe and Jeff Christ picked up the phone refuses to allow me to speak to Dr. Pam Zickafoofe and refuses to believe that 3-3-2017 comes before 4-1-2017, I told him that he was deaf, dumb and blind if he believed April came before March. Jeff Christ is unfit for the job, the original investigators were Jeff Ford & David Moyer who withheld the Forged and Fraud information from the Attorney General, they don't work in the DDPR anymore. I had 1 conversation with Dr. Zickafoofe by calling the Governor's office and Dr. Zickafoofe phoned, when I told her that a Cheryl Lin Zdana had lied for over 3 years to me and other people she was shocked and requested I fill out a 2nd DDPR, complaint, so I have including a witness with their cell#, simply no response!! The Attorney General, Kathy Jennings, and Lieutenant Governor Hall-Long are MIA (missing in action). I have called all of their numbers, w/o any response, I have called the Governor's office and asked to have a call returned to me, nothing but crickets, this has been going on since last week. This law DE Code 16 Section 4731 (Uniform Controlled Substances Act Regulations) was made effective 4-1-2017 (I believe this was actually signed in to law late 2019), see 2nd page at the bottom. This law is not consistent with the protections that the Belmont Report written 1979 (in response to Tuskegee Syphilis Experiment 1932 to 1972) offers, see link to Belmont report: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Belmont_Report This link: https://imgur.com/a/rpQW3Q2 has the required contract for 2016 and 2017 that must be signed before receiving any treatment, I took both contracts to the law firm BAIRD MANDALAS BROCKSTEDT LLC. Stating I had a contract that I have honored in word, deed and spirit of the contract, but if I have made a mistaken I will pay to fix it. The law firm BAIRD MANDALAS BROCKSTEDT LLC., requested a "retainer fee" and to verify my account and asked for the medical records from Cheryl Lin Zdana at Cedar Tree Surgical Medical Center 32711 Long Neck RD Millsboro, DE 19966. When the medical files were delivered, it was discovered that the letter I wrote to Cheryl Lin Zdana asking for permission to travel, had been "Forged" this is a crime only the Attorney General can investigate. Nothing but crickets from the Attorney General's office!!!! The law firm BAIRD MANDALAS BROCKSTEDT LLC., after reviewing the file that said exactly what I had stated would be found, except for the FRAUD/FORGED document. At this time, the firm, BAIRD MANDALAS BROCKSTEDT LLC., said that they only agreed to get my medical files. Attorney Chase Bockstedt specially said to me, he did not see any forged document and the DDPR had up to 2 years to make a decision. I have a recording of the last time the firm, BAIRD MANDALAS BROCKSTEDT LLC., stating they will provide help and allowed them to hear them in their own voice agreeing to but nothing but crickets. I found out in the news that I was pushed to the side when BAIRD MANDALAS BROCKSTEDT LLC., had won an historic settlement includes $205 million. Furthermore, I believe BAIRD MANDALAS BROCKSTEDT LLC., are willing to walk on people who they have agreed to help, knowing even with a recording of the event they are above the law and don't care that they are leaches on society. The letter is unreadable, when I send complaint to DDPR, I stated FRAUD or FORGERY has occurred and pointed it out. The DDPR did nothing, deaf, dumb and blind. Rob Petree had a segment following Lt. Governor Hall-Long, in 2019 I think, looking for a person to practice her brand of healthcare on. I heard the segment when Dan Gaffney (105.9) narrated the video of Lt. Governor Hall-Long providing Wanda Foster, Narcan, 30 days before Ms. Foster died; Healthcare happens when all agree to the services provided. The current law: DE Code 16 Section 4731 (Uniformed Controlled Substances Act Regulations) is not uniform and consistence with the Belmont Report 1979 (written in response to the Tuskegee Syphilis Experiment 1932 to 1972) in providing health care. You cannot have medical experts lie to patents, Dr. Pam Zickafoofe (DE State Board Of Nursing) was shocked to hear a DE nurse was lying to patents for over 3 years. Please play the video of the event, I do not believe it meets the manufactured suggested method to administer, it is my belief this is only to be given if the person in distress is having trouble breathing.
