APARTMENT TECHNICIANS NEEDED $17.00 - $19.00 DOE Maintenance Techs needed for apartment community in North Raleigh. HVAC required. Monday thru Friday. NO WEEKENDS These are full time positions. Candidates must have minimum 1 year of building maintenance must be HVAC certified, proficient in electrical, plumbing, drywall. Apartment Maintenance Technician Responsibilities: Repairing and unclogging toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains. Replacing carpets and wooden floors.
