Currently hiring personnel for: Event: EDC Music Festival Dates: 11/11-11/13 Location: Orlando, FL ( travel provided ) Rate: $20/hr Schedule: Fri 11/11 12:00pm-12:00am ( 12hrs ) Sat 11/12 12:00pm - 12:00am ( 12hrs ) Sun 11/13 12:00pm-12:00am ( 12hrs ) Position: Our job is to provide staffing assistance to the in-house security team at the concert venue. We will primarily focus on customer service or crowd control. Specific positions will be assigned or adjusted on the day of the event, but posts may include front stage, backstage, perimeter patrol, crowd monitoring, barrier monitoring, entrances and exits, restroom area, restaurant area, interior roamer, or similar positions. Unless there is an emergency, this will be considered a non-contact position and you will be supervised by a licensed security officer. TRAVEL: We will be providing group travel accommodations including ground transportation and overnight lodging for the duration of the event. Additional details regarding specific lodging and scheduled bus departure times will be provided after hiring. DRESS CODE: All black pants ( no ripped jeans or overly baggy ) All black sneaker All black polo Mini flashlight Additional items will be provided for you at the venue. QUALIFICATIONS: - no security experience necessary - no license required - training will be provided onsite - minimum height 6’1” 200lbs - must be able to stand for an extended period - professional conduct - reliable - disciplined - clean cut / good hygiene - drug and alcohol free PAY: Our team will receive $20/hr. All personnel will be hired as 1099 independent contractors, meaning that you will receive your pay in full without any tax being deducted.
