The City of Corinth invites you to submit an application to participate in the 6th Annual Pumpkin Palooza event. Vendors will be able to choose their own spots on a first come first serve basis. TO REGISTER FOR THE WAITLIST, CLICK HEREEvent Date: Saturday October 16, 2021 Event Time: 11:00AM - 9:00PM Setup: All Vendors MUST be set up by 9:30am. VENDOR REGISTRATION NOTICE The City of Corinth reserves the right to assign space in accordance with other vendors and products. At the city’s discretion, there may be vendor exclusives by brand. Priority will based on a first come basis. If you are UsBorne Books, Scentsy,Paparazzi Jewelry & Accessories, Thirty One, Essential Olis, LipSense, or Mary Kay vendor and we do not have any available spots, please register to be placed on our waiting list. Should a spot become available, vendors will be notified on a first come basis. PAYMENT DUE WITH REGISTRATION Full payment is required with application. Should your registration be DENIED a full refund will be processed within 14 business days. VENDOR RULES OF OPERATION 1. Vendor fees are non-refundable. 2. We ask that you please have your booths set-up no later than 1 hour prior to the event start time. Vendors and booth participants are responsible for ALL set-up, breakdown, and clean-up of booth area. Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, and chairs. Tents are not required. The booths do not have water or electricity. If you will be needing electricity you must provide your own generator. Each vendor zone will be assigned a time for set-up between 7:00 am and 9:30am. Vendors must be completely set up by 9:30 am. Vendors may not leave till the close of the event at 9:30 pm. 3. As this event is an outdoor event, weather conditions are of a concern. In case of inclement weather, the event will be cancelled and may or may not be rescheduled. Fees will be refunded if the City cancels an event due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances prior to the day of the event. No fees will be refunded once the event begins. If you cancel attending the event or do not show up for the event, you forfeit any and all vendor fees paid. 4. Vendor Placement will be determined by ticket and spots will be chosen on a first come first serve basis. All Vendor Spots will be on pavement. Vendors are responsible for securing their own tents. Stakes are not allowed on pavement. Vendors must secure with weights or sandbags. 5. Vendors who sell CBD, Drug Paraphernalia, and Hemp Items will not be approved.
