This woman vicky scott and her nephew travis young target seniors and stalk and terrorize the elderly. This is a federal offense. No one will report them because of the rath of these two. They have tried to run seniors off the road attempted to set they're homes on fire, tossed explosives at their homes, just too mention a few things they have done. It has taken me 12 years to locate them because they are always on the run from the law or running from someone they've screwed over.
