We are looking for a reliable General Laborer to join our Construction Term. Our projects are currently in Salem, but future projects could be throughout the Mid-Valley. We are a growing family-owned Construction and Maintenance firm. We are looking for energetic, career minded team members that enjoy working with their hands and enjoy the challenge of doing a variety of tasks during their workday. Below is a list of requirements: Must be reliable and responsible Have reliable transportation to and from construction site Must have an attention to details Must be “Coachable”. We will train you in the tasks we need. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Able to maintain a positive work environment Be able to work as a team and individually Be willing to work in all types of weather Have a good driving record (able to be insured for company vehicles) Follow OSHA safety rules and requirements Duties would include but not limited to: Clean facilities by sweeping, shoveling, picking-up construction debris Perform maintenance and light repairs Undertake light installation or carpentry work Minor framing, sheetrock or paint repairs Screw off floors and walls Fire Sprinkler Tenting and Fire Caulking Keep company vehicle and equipment in good working condition Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks No personal tools are needed.
