Looking for a music producer to share my 800 sf Recording / rehearsal space. Completely private, bright and unique space (no neighbors!) Located around Rainier Ave and College street in central Seattle. Rent is $600 a month and non-negotiable. Tons of studio time available. Space is on the second floor and there is no elevator. You’d be sharing with me only so lots of time available.
