Vocalist/guitarist seeks vocalist for lead & harmony

Experienced gigging vocalist/guitarist looking to form duo or trio to perform vocal-oriented rock/pop/country/alt-rock/folk cover repertoire in South coastal Mass and Upper Cape bars, restaurants, breweries, private parties. I am looking for other musicians (male or female) who excel at singing harmony and lead vocals. Playing either bass, guitar, keyboard or percussion is a bonus. I'd like to start with a duo, possibly incorporating a third singer/instrumentalist over time. I have been gigging as a solo singer/guitar player but would like a duo/trio because I prefer a bigger sound and more variety. Besides singing, I play acoustic and electric guitar, mandolin, harmonica, some bass and keys, and write songs. For repertoire, think of any group from 60's to now featuring strong vocal harmonies. Here are a few examples: Beatles, Little Big Town, Doobie Brothers, Guster, Desert Rose Band, Dada, Fleetwood Mac, Simon and Garfunkel, Lady A, Green Day, Bread, Crosby, Stills & Nash, etc. Repertoire to be somewhat flexible and customized to expected audience tastes. Instrumental virtuosity is a bonus, but vocals are primary. Practices/rehearsals are once a week (weeknight), gigs about once a month (maybe twice/month during summer). I have pro equipment, rehearsal space in Rochester with P/A, but am also willing to travel locally for rehearsal. After initial ramp-up all members need to be prepared to invest time in the business end (getting gigs, marketing, social media, etc), not just the music. Members need to take health seriously, which means being vaccinated, willing to test when we're not feeling well, and avoid exposing others when there is any doubt.
