Description
The Fulfillment Lead will be responsible for overseeing and participating in the shipping, receiving, and storing of products.
Responsibilities:
Determines work priorities prepare work schedules and expedite workflow
Assign tasks to warehouse personnel including inbound unloading/put away, outbound pulling/staging and loading,
Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
Forklift Experience (standup lift/counterbalance lift, cherry picker/order picker)
Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
Manage and understand KPIs for the selected area
Provide backup to Operations leadership
2+ years’ experience within a 3PL or fulfillment environment
Ability to work overtime and weekend as needed
Along with other daily tasks that may arise
