Pay: $22/hr Hours 5:30am to 4pm M-F plus must be open to OT/weekends Description: Solar general laborer will be working on an existing solar power plant in Florence AZ doing basic maintenance duties. This role will require walking down each row of panels and securing new zip ties to the mounting system. These zip ties aid in wire management for the solar array. These are non-live wires. The role will require the same task to be done thousands of times. Skills: general labor, Construction, outdoor work, Solar, Install, Solar installation, Assembly Top Skills Details: General labor, Construction, Outdoor work Additional Skills & Qualifications: No solar experience required. Outdoor construction experience preferred, but not required. • Must be physically capable of working outside walking miles per day. • They will be required to wear leather toed shoes, safety glasses and bump caps. • We will do 1 day of basic training in Phoenix before dispatching to Florence.
