We are looking for a manager of approximate 20 technicians. We are a contents restoration company. We work with homeowners and business owners who have suffered an insurance loss. We move furniture and box contents of the house or business. Please take a look at our web page. We are looking for a well disciplined individual. Bilingual preferred. This is a great job for a man or a woman. If you have experience in this area, we would like to meet you. However experience is not mandatory. The daily responsibilities include: Creating the schedule every night for each job, which includes assigning the crews with the correct number of techs per job. Making sure we have supplies. Making sure everyone knows what job to go to. Inspecting vehicles and advising the office of maintenance issues. Walking every job to meet with the homeowner, walking the homeowner through our paperwork. Inspecting the job and writing detailed instructions for the homeowner to approve, and walking the crew through the job instructions. Managing employee conflicts. Hiring but not firing and not disciplining. Interfacing with management on crew performance and employee issues. On call 1 week a month. Pay is approximately $55,000.00 - $58,000.00 annually (negotiable for experienced applicant) with 100% employer paid health, dental and vision insurance.
