Durable medical equipment company seeking a responsible and reliable candidate to join our team.
Entry-level position willing to train.
*Company Van, Gas card and Company Cell phone will be provided.
Safely loads, secures, and delivers medical equipment to customers in a timely manner.
Properly inspects, clean, and tests equipment for functionality
Provides excellent customer service
In-home and facility equipment setups
Provides detailed equipment instruction to patients, caregivers or nurses.
Resolves customer complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Drive Company vehicles in a lawful manor
Maintain a clean environment for equipment in the warehouse, separate clean and returned dirty equipment.
Perform routine checks on assigned vehicle such as fluid levels and tire checks.
Inventory report to management daily
Completes all paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
Perform on-call duties including weekends and holidays.
Occasional overtime.
Maintains and projects confidence and a professional image.
Properly cares for & uses company vehicle and device that is assigned for job duties
Follow all company policies and procedures.
Performs other duties as assigned
