Cockatiel baby, all yellow, about six weeks old, still has some feathers to grow in because it is a baby, when you hand feed, it will bond to you, still being hand feed twice a day, it is starting to eat on its own, I will give you free starter kit which includes cockatiel food, millet, and hand feed formula with needles to get you started. Comes with free travel cage, rehoming fee 175 dollars. (Have new cages if you need one.)
