And by pro level I am referring to those that take the quality of their playing seriously. Not the blazing virtuoso or the "I played 300 gigs last year" types. The ultimate size, configuration or marketability will make itself known as we progress. I play guitar and have a small amount of room to practice but, that would get the project started. The music selection will not be comprised of metal, hip hop, rap, obscene or political. Music that is marketable to resort lounges, wine bars, restaurants, corporate and private events. It won't be a cover band, it won't be a tribute band. Your creativity, style and aptitude will create "our" sound. I am a firm believer in "practice makes perfect" so I hope you would be prepared to practice as a group, as well as on your own. As far as vocalists go, if that is the instrument your offering then I expect you to have the necessary gear to present it in performance i.e. mic, pa, music stand etc. Instrument players always spend a small fortune in having the equipment we need.
