Krausch Architectural Windows & Doors is currently seeking *EXPERIENCED* Door installers for immediate hire. Krausch is a family owned and operated local business located here in Tucson, Arizona. We specialize in window and door installations- both new construction and remodels. Starting pay depends on previous experience for this Door installer position: --> $20-25 per hour- DOE. ~~~~~Benefits~~~~~ • Paid Holidays • Paid Sick Time • Paid Vacation • Health insurance • Paid weekly • Continued stable full-time hours • Company supplied work shirts ~~~~~Requirements~~~~~ • Smartphone • Positive attitude • Daily attendance and timeliness • Personal set of industry standard tools • At a Minimum, basic carpentry skills and previous experience with door installations  Experience with all installations including wooden doors hollow frame doors steel doors aluminum doors and windows of all grades. • Ability to maneuver as needed for work tasks: bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and lifting heavy objects • Please note that a good portion of our projects are performed outside, so you must be able to withstand the weather conditions on top of the expected work performance all year round ~~~~~Responsibilities~~~~~ • Install, service, and/or repair both interior & exterior doors (for both residential & commercial projects) • Good ability to accurately measure/level doors so they hang appropriately… even on settled areas with uneven spaces • Able to cut out and replace old frames, as well as actually cut doors to fit doorways • Can successfully install associated hardware including locks and knobs. • Good communication skills with homeowners and businesses while on site to address any problems HOURS TYPICALLY: 7am to 4pm M-F (Winter) --&-- 6am to 3pm M-F (All other seasons) (some Saturdays are an option) --> This is a permanent full time position.
